Lucky 99 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings set out below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Lucky 99" or "Platform" refers to the website lucky99-app.net and all services offered under it, including Sports Betting, online casino, slots, blackjack, baccarat, Live Casino, and all other available games.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account with Lucky 99.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a Member on the Lucky 99 platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total funds in your Lucky 99 account at any given time, including cash and eligible bonus credits.
• "Bonus" refers to free credits, matched funds, or other benefits granted by Lucky 99 to Members subject to specific terms.
• "Bet" refers to any funds placed by a Member on any game or market available on the Lucky 99 platform.
• "MYR" or "RM" refers to Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), the official currency used in all transactions on Lucky 99.

To register and use Lucky 99's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• You must be 18 and above at the point of registration and throughout your use of the platform. Lucky 99 takes the protection of minors from gambling seriously.
• You must be an individual registering under your own personal identity — not on behalf of a company, organisation, or any other person.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where the use of Lucky 99's services is permitted under local law.
• You are not currently under a self-exclusion period that you have activated yourself or that has been imposed by Lucky 99.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or as an agent for, any third party in any capacity while using the platform.

Each individual is permitted to register and hold only one (1) account only at Lucky 99. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and account balances forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, including your full legal name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. Lucky 99 will use this information for identity verification, official communications, and the processing of financial transactions.

• Your account password must be chosen by you and must not be shared with any other party.
• Members are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact Lucky 99 support immediately.
• Lucky 99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from a Member's failure to keep their password secure.

You agree to keep your account information up to date should any changes occur, in particular the phone number and email address used for two-factor authentication (2FA).

Lucky 99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following local Malaysian payment methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• GrabPay
• Boost eWallet
• ShopeePay
• DuitNow (direct transfer)
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) – supports Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect, and other major Malaysian banks

Deposit Limit: The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction. There is no maximum cap on deposits; however, Lucky 99 reserves the right to request additional verification for deposits exceeding RM10,000 in a single day.

Withdrawal Limit: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is RM50,000 for standard accounts. Platinum VIP Members enjoy higher withdrawal limits.

Lucky 99 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold and request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal deemed unusual or suspicious, as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.

Lucky 99 offers Members a variety of promotions and bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, free slots trials, VIP programme bonuses, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the rollover requirements and betting limits stated in their respective promotion terms.

General Bonus Terms:

• The Lucky 99 welcome bonus is a 100% match on your first deposit up to RM500. The rollover requirement is 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses may not be used on certain excluded games as specified in the terms of each promotion.
• Lucky 99 reserves the right to forfeit bonuses if there is evidence of abuse, including deliberate low-risk betting to meet rollover requirements.
• Each Member is eligible for the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash.

Lucky 99 reserves the right to modify, terminate, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated via the website and by email to affected Members.

All bets placed on the Lucky 99 platform are final once confirmed by the system. Members are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bets prior to confirmation.

Sports Betting & Live Matches:

• Odds displayed are current at the time a bet is placed and confirmed. Any change in odds after confirmation does not affect bets that have already been confirmed.
• For Malaysian Super League, EPL, badminton, and cricket matches that are postponed or cancelled, all bets will be voided and funds returned to the Member's account.
• The Cash Out feature is available on selected bets and is calculated based on current odds. The Cash Out value may be lower or higher than the original stake.
• Lucky 99 reserves the right to void bets placed based on incorrect odds resulting from a technical error.

Casino Games:

• All casino games use an independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator).
• Any technical disruption during a Live Casino game will be resolved based on the video recording of that game.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within that game's interface.

Lucky 99 is committed to the principles of responsible gaming and provides a range of tools to help Members manage their gambling activity. We believe gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or other difficulties.

Responsible gaming tools available at Lucky 99 include:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings.
• Loss Limit: Set the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period.
• Session Time Limit: Set a time limit for each playing session to avoid excessive gambling.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from 24 hours up to 6 months during which access to your account will be suspended.
• Full Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and request to be added to the platform's exclusion list.

Lucky 99 also reserves the right to proactively contact Members if our system detects betting patterns that indicate signs of problem gambling, and to offer assistance or activate protective limits.

Lucky 99 reserves the right to suspend or close any Member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Identity fraud or the provision of false information during registration or the verification process.
• Use of unauthorised payment methods or payment methods belonging to another person.
• Evidence of money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
• Use of bots, third-party software, or any automated method to exploit games or bonus systems.
• Threatening, disruptive, or abusive behaviour directed at Lucky 99 staff or other Members.
• Breach of any section within this Terms & Conditions document.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, Lucky 99 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in that account, including any pending withdrawals. Members who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so via the account dashboard or by contacting customer support, and any remaining funds will be returned upon completion of the verification process.

Lucky 99 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the following situations:

• Internet service disruptions, device failures, or technical issues on the Member's end.
• Account data loss resulting from a Member's failure to maintain password security.
• Disputed bet outcomes that have been correctly confirmed and recorded by the system.
• Odds changes in Sports Betting markets that occur before a bet is confirmed.
• Technical disruptions beyond Lucky 99's reasonable control, including cyberattacks, natural disasters, or infrastructure outages.

Lucky 99's maximum liability to any Member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that Member within the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

Lucky 99 collects, processes, and stores Members' personal data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Data collected includes name, phone number, email address, payment information, and platform activity records.

Lucky 99 will not sell, lease, or disclose Members' personal information to third parties without consent, except in the following circumstances:

• Legal compliance requirements or valid court orders.
• Fraud investigations or anti-money laundering compliance.
• Third-party service providers working on behalf of Lucky 99 under strict confidentiality agreements.
